ProSystem fx Supplies guarantees that you will be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of you products, please call our forms consultants and we’ll work with you on a return or exchange.

Return Policy

Simply call us within 30 days to exchange or return any stock product and we will happily arrange your exchange or return.  Dated products, including tax forms, must be exchanged or returned unopened by December 1.  To receive your Return Authorization Code and arrange shipment please call 877.318.3564.

Custom and imprint products may not be returned except in the event of a ProSystem fx Supplies error.  To guarantee your products are correct, you will receive the final proof for approval before production.
